B2B Commercial Confidentiality Framework
Our platform functions exclusively as a restricted Business-to-Business (B2B) ecosystem. Data transmitted—including Request for Quotation (RFQ) specs, engineering tolerances, volume quantities, and pricing structures—is treated as strictly confidential commercial intellectual property.
1. Information Collected
We collect information submitted during business account registration, RFQ basket creation, and corporate communications:
- Corporate Identity: Company registration name, legal tax ID, country of registration, commercial trade license.
- Authorized Representatives: Procurement officer full name, business email, telephone, WhatsApp contact.
- Trade & Sourcing Specifications: Target product categories, piece and carton volume demands, customized OEM artwork, target Incoterms, and preferred destination ports.
2. Non-Disclosure & Supplier Protection
Supplier visibility on our platform is governed by our granular access matrix. Approved clients only access designated factories and specifications according to their commercial clearance level. We do not sell or monetize company records.
3. International Transmission & Security
Data is processed on secure cloud infrastructure located in compliance with international enterprise standards. Access to administrative back-office tools is restricted to authorized operations personnel with multi-factor authentication.
